We are dedicated to promoting quality of life through education, advocating inclusion, realizing dreams and supporting people to be contributing members of their community.

Our Vision

Supporting individuals in a welcoming community.

Our Story

Community Living North Perth is a non-profit organization and registered charity serving adults with developmental disabilities in North Perth. We champion and advocate for the inclusion and citizenship of people in our community.

Community Living North Perth is funded 100% by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. Membership fees and fundraising events provide funds for Summer Supports and other events and services that are not funded by the ministry but are vital to our community footprint in North Perth.

OUR FOCUS

We’re always exploring ways to better support those with disabilities into our communities on all levels. The success and integration of each individual strengthens the whole.

Residential Support

We offer support networks that ensure that all participants can live as independently as possible in the best accommodations possible.

We equip individuals to participate in community recreational, educational, social and volunteer events that match their interests and goals.

Employment

Building on their strengths and interests, we encourage individuals toward career readiness and job search support.

Funding Support

We can identify the right services to meet your goals, connect you with professional workers, and support efficient and effective use of available funding.
